Competency Building
The main objective of Lifelong Learning Pathways is to build competencies among students from partner universities and institutions in various tools and technologies essential for meeting industry requirements.
Project Work
Once students gain proficiency in the tools and technologies, they are assigned projects aligned with industry feedback. These projects are undertaken under the mentorship of industry professionals from associated Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Internship
After completing hands-on projects, students are offered online internships with partner industries to gain practical experience in teamwork and project management. A 360-degree feedback process is conducted, gathering evaluations from peers and team leads to assess their performance.
Resume Building
Based on industry feedback, once a student is deemed ready for placement, their resume is crafted to highlight their skills, project work, and internship experience. A unique URL is generated on the portal for each student, enabling them to easily share their resume with prospective employers upon request.
Internship Placement
Student resumes are shared with industries for placement-cum-internship opportunities, often referred to as paid internships. During these internships, students receive a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000, depending on their competencies, motivation, and interest. Based on performance, the industry may offer candidates full-time roles with a committed package ranging from ₹3.6 LPA to ₹9.5 LPA or higher.
Final Placement
tudents are thoroughly prepared for final placements through interview preparation and mock sessions. They are guided and supported through multiple interview opportunities until they secure placement in their domain with the committed package.

The mode of delivery is tailored to the participant's profile and the selected package. Training sessions can be conducted in three formats: 100% offline, 100% online, or hybrid, based on specific requirements. Internships are also flexible, offered as online, offline, or hybrid, depending on industry needs. Similarly, job placements may be onsite, work-from-home, or hybrid, aligned with employer preferences and role demands.

What is the payment structure for the services offered?
Lifelong Learning Pathways operates on a lifelong connection model, enabling candidates to stay connected for continuous learning, career growth, industry transitions, and pathway changes.
- Universities, colleges, or individual students can subscribe for a nominal fee ranging from ₹250 to ₹3,000 per month. This subscription provides training in various tools and technologies, with a commitment period of 12 to 36 months.
- Lifelong Learning Pathways assures trained candidates a paid internship lasting 3 to 6 months, offering stipends between ₹10,000 and ₹30,000. This not only covers the entire program cost but also makes joining our platform a 100% risk-free investment for universities, colleges, and students.
- For direct candidates, a fee equivalent to 10% of their CTC is charged for our placement services, payable in three equal installments after starting their job. For universities and colleges, charges are as per the agreed terms.
